*financed by a country that's already broke.

How's this for apocalyptic literature. This was written by a pastor's wife in biblical prose as a commentary of current events. It is brilliant.

And it came to pass in the Age of Insanity that the people of the land

called America, having lost their morals, their initiative, and their

will to defend their liberties, chose as their Supreme Leader that

person known as 'The One.'

He emerged from the vapors with a message that had no meaning; but He

hypnotized the people telling them, "I am sent to save you. My lack

of experience, my questionable ethics, my monstrous ego, and my

association with evil doers are of no consequence. I shall save you

with hope and Change. Go, therefore, and proclaim throughout the

land that he who proceeded me is evil, that he has defiled the nation,

and that all he has built must be destroyed." And the people rejoiced,

for even though they knew not what 'The One' would do, he had promised

that it was good; and they believed. And 'The One' said, " We live in

the greatest country in the world. Help me change everything about it!"

And the people said, "Hallelujah! Change is good!"

Then He said, "We are going to tax the rich fat-cats." And the

people said "Sock it to them!" "And redistribute their wealth." And

the people said, "Show us the money!" And then he said,

"redistribution of wealth is good for everybody."

And Joe the plumber asked, "Are you kidding me? You're going to

steal my money and give it to the deadbeats??" And 'The One'

ridiculed and taunted him, and Joe's personal records were hacked and publicized.

One lone reporter asked, "Isn't that Marxist policy?" And she was

banished from the kingdom!

Then a citizen asked, "With no foreign relations experience and

having zero military experience or knowledge, how will he deal with

radical terrorists?" And 'The One' said, "Simple. I shall sit with

them and talk with them and show them how nice we really are; and they

will forget that they ever wanted to kill us all!" And the people

said, "Hallelujah!! We are safe at last, and we can beat our weapons

into free cars for the people!"

Then 'The One' said, "I shall give 95% of you lower taxes." And one,

lone voice said, "But 40% of us don't pay ANY taxes. So 'The One'

said, "Then I shall give you some of the taxes the fat-cats pay!"

And the people said, "Hallelujah! Show us the money!"

Then 'The One' said, "I shall tax your Capital Gains when you sell

your homes!" And the people yawned and the slumping housing market

collapsed. And He said, "I shall mandate employer-funded health care

for every worker and raise the minimum wage. And I shall give every

person unlimited healthcare and medicine and transportation to the

clinics." And the people said, "Give me some of that!"

Then he said, "I shall penalize employers who ship jobs overseas."

And the people said, "Where's my rebate check?"

Then 'The One' said, "I shall bankrupt the coal industry and

electricity rates will skyrocket!" And the people said, "Coal is

dirty, coal is evil, no more coal! But we don't care for that part

about higher electric rates." So 'The One' said, "Not to worry. If

your rebate isn't enough to cover your expenses, we shall bail you out.

Just sign up with the ACORN and your troubles are over!"

Then He said, "Illegal immigrants feel scorned and slighted. Let's

grant them amnesty, Social Security, free education, free lunches,

free medical care, bi-lingual signs and guaranteed housing..." And

the people said, "Hallelujah!" and they made him king!

And so it came to pass that employers, facing spiraling costs and

ever-higher taxes, raised their prices and laid off workers. Others

simply gave up and went out of business and the economy sank like unto

a rock dropped from a cliff.

The banking industry was destroyed. Manufacturing slowed to a

crawl. And more of the people were without a means of support.

Then 'The One' said, "I am 'the One'- The Messiah - and I'm here

to save you! We shall just print more money so everyone will have

enough!" But our foreign trading partners said unto Him. "Wait a

minute. Your dollar is not worth a pile of camel dung! You will have

to pay more..."  And 'The One' said, "Wait a minute. That isn't

fair!!"  And the world said, "Neither are these other idiotic

programs you have embraced. Lo, you have become a Socialist state and

a second-rate power. Now you shall play by our rules!"

And the people cried out, "Alas, alas!! What have we done?" But yea

verily, it was too late. The people set upon 'The One' and spat upon

him and stoned him, and his name was dung. And the once mighty nation

was no more; and the once proud people were without sustenance or

shelter or hope. And the Change 'The One' had given them was as like

unto a poison that had destroyed them and like a whirlwind that

consumed all that they had built.

And the people beat their chests in despair and cried out in anguish,

"give us back our nation and our pride and our hope!!" But it was too

late, and their homeland was no more.

You may think this a fairy tale, but it's not.

THIS really tells it like it is.  After reading it -- and before you go into the bathroom to throw-up -- forward it to your friends and those you know who care about our country and what is happening to it under the rule of Commissar Obamanation.

If George W. Bush's administration had okayed Air Force One flying low over millions of people followed by a jet fighter in downtown Manhattan , causing widespread panic, would you have wondered whether they actually get what happened on 9-11?

If George W. Bush had been the first President to need a teleprompter installed to be able to get through a press conference, would you have laughed and said this is more proof of how inept he is on his own and is really controlled by smarter men behind the scenes?If George W. Bush had failed to send relief aid to flood victims throughout the Midwest with more people killed or made homeless than in New Orleans , would you want it made into a major ongoing political issue with claims of racism and incompetence?

If George W. Bus h had ordered the firing of the CEO of a major corporation, even though he had no constitutional authority to do so, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had proposed to double the national debt, which had taken more than two centuries to accumulate, in one year, would you have approved?

If George W.. Bush had then proposed to double the debt again within 10 years, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had reduced your retirement plans holdings of GM stock by 90% and given the unions a majority stake in GM, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to take Laura Bush to a play in NYC, would you have approved?

So, tell me again, what is it about Obama that makes him so brilliant and impressive? Can't think of anything? Don't worry. He's done all this in 5 months - so you'll have three years and seven months to come up with an answer.

A man in Topeka, Kansas decided to write a book about churches around the country.  He started by flying to San Francisco and started working east from there. Going to a very large church, he began taking photographs and making notes. He spotted a golden telephone on the vestibule wall and was intrigued with a sign, which read "Calls: $10,000 a minute.." Seeking out the pastor he asked about the phone and the sign.   The pastor answered that this golden phone is, in fact, a direct line to heaven and if he pays the price he can talk directly to GOD. The man thanked the pastor and continued on his way.

As he continued to visit churches in Seattle , Dallas , Los Angeles , Chicago ,   Milwaukee , and many cities and towns all around the United States , he found more phones, with the same sign, and the same answer from each pastor.

Finally, he arrived in Oklahoma, upon entering a church in  OKLAHOMA CITY , behold - he saw the usual golden telephone.    But THIS time, the sign read "Calls: 35 cents" Fascinated, he asked to talk to the pastor, "Reverend, I have been in cities  all across the country and in each church I have found this golden telephone and have been told it is  a direct line to Heaven and that I could talk to  GOD, but in the other churches the cost was $10,000   a minute. Your sign reads only 35 cents a call. Why?"

I love this part ...

The pastor, smiling broadly, replied, "Son, you're in OKLAHOMA now ... You're in God's Country. It's a local call."

A Patriotic Resistance

This came to me via email. I felt it was so appropriate to my feelings. Just call me a Bible thumping, gun toting, mid-west hick!

I have noted that many elected officials, both Democrats and Republicans, called upon America to unite behind Obama.

Well, I want to make it clear to all who will listen that I "AM NOT" uniting behind Obama.  However, I promise to give our country the devoted loyalty of a patriot.

I will respect the Office which he holds, and I will acknowledge his abilities as an orator and wordsmith and pray for him, BUT that is it.

I have begun today to see what I can do to make sure He is a one-term President!

Why am I doing this?  It is because I do not share Obama's vision or value system for America;

I do not share his Abortion beliefs;

I do not share his radical Marxist's concept of re-distributing wealth;

I do not share his stated views on raising taxes on those who make $150,000+ (the ceiling has been changed three times since August);

I do not share his view that America is arrogant;

I do not share his view that America is not a Christian Nation;

I do not share his view that the military should be reduced by 25%;

I do not share his view of amnesty and giving more to illegals than American Citizens who need help;

I do not share his views on homosexuality and his definition of marriage;

I do not share his views that Radical Islam is our friend and Israel is our enemy who should give up any land;  

I do not share his spiritual beliefs (at least the ones he has made public);

I do not share his beliefs on how to re-work the healthcare system in America;

I do not share his Strategic views of the Middle East, and certainly do not share his plan to sit down with terrorist regimes such as Iran.

Bottom line, my America is vastly different from Obama's, and I have a higher obligation to my Country and my God to do what is right!

For eight (8) years, the Liberals in our Society, led by numerous entertainers who would have no platform and no real credibility, but for their celebrity status, have attacked President Bush, his family, and his spiritual beliefs! 

They have not moved toward the center in their beliefs and their philosophies, and they never came together nor compromised their personal beliefs for the betterment of our Country!  They have portrayed my America as a land where everything is tolerated except being intolerant!

They have been a vocal and irreverent minority for years;

They have mocked and attacked the very core values so important to the founding and growth of our Country;   
They have made every effort to remove the name of God or Jesus Christ from our Society;

They have challenged capital punishment, the right to bear firearms, and the most basic principles of our criminal code;

They have attacked one of the  most fundamental of all Freedoms, the right of free speech!

Unite behind Obama?  Never!

I am sure many of you who read this think that I am going overboard, but I refuse to retreat one more inch in favor of those whom I believe are the embodiment of Evil!

PRESIDENT BUSH made many mistakes during his Presidency, and I am not sure how history will judge  him.  However, I believe he weighed his decisions in light of the long established Judeo-Christian principles of our Founding Fathers!!! 

Majority rules in America, and I will honor the concept; however, I will fight with all of my power to be a voice in opposition to Obama and "his goals for America."

I am going to be a thorn in the side of those who, if left unchecked, will destroy our country!! Any more compromise is more defeat!

I pray that the results of this election will wake up many who have sat on the sidelines and allowed the Socialist-Marxist anti-God crowd to slowly change so much of what has been good in America!

I recently read the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I'm watching the three movies now. Yeah, it's a little late to be doing them now but I had to see what the "to do" was all about. I tried to read the Hobbit in my teens but I just couldn't get into it so I just gave up.

Watching the movies one of the things I noticed is that Gollum must have been modeled from democratic strategist James Carville. Can you see the similarities?

John Murtha, you said our military was broken. You said we can't win militarily in Iraq You accused United States Marines of cold-blooded murder without proof and said we should redeploy to Okinawa . Okinawa, John ? And the Democrats call you their military expert! Are you sure you didn't suffer a traumatic brain injury while you were off building your war hero resume?

You're a sad, pitiable, corrupt and washed up politician.  You're not a Marine, sir.  You wouldn't amount to a good pimple on a real Marine's butt.  You're a phony and a disgrace. Run away, John.

Dick Durbin, you accused our Soldiers at Guantanamo of being Nazis, tenders of Soviet style gulags and as bad as the regime of Pol Pot , who murdered two million of his own people after your party abandoned Southeast Asia to the Communists.  Did you ever see or understand what Pol Pot and his henchmen did to the people of Cambodia ?  Apparently not!

Now you want to abandon the Iraqis to the same fate.  History was not a good teacher for you, was it?  Lord help us!  See Dick run.

 

 

Ted Kennedy, for days on end you held poster-sized pictures from Abu Ghraib in front of any available television camera.  Al Jazeera quoted you saying that Iraqi's torture chambers were open under new management.

Did you see the news, Teddy? The Islamic Nazis demonstrated another beheading for you. If you truly supported our troops, you'd show the world poster-sized pictures of that atrocity and demand the annihilation of it. Your legislation stripping support from the South Vietnamese led to a communist victory there.

You're a bloated, drunken fool bent on repeating the same historical blunder that turned freedom-seeking people over to homicidal, genocidal maniacs.  To paraphrase John Murtha, all while sitting on your wide, gin-soaked rear-end in Washington ..

Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Carl Levine, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Russ Feingold, Hillary Clinton, Pat Leahy, Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, the Hollywood Leftist morons, et al, ad nauseam: Every time you stand in front of television cameras and broadcast to the Islamic Nazis that we went to war because our President lied, that the war is wrong and our Soldiers are torturers, that we should leave Iraq , you give the Islamic butchers - the same ones that tortured and mutilated American Soldiers - cause to think that we'll run away again, and all they have to do is hang on a little longer. It is inevitable that we, the so-called "infidels", will have to defeat the Islamic jihadists.  Better to do it now on their turf, than later on ours after they have gained both strength and momentum.

 

American news media and the New York Times particularly: Each time you publish stories about national defense secrets and our intelligence gathering methods, you become one united with the sub-human pieces of camel dung that torture and mutilate the bodies of American Soldiers. You can't strike up the courage to publish cartoons, but you can help Al Qaeda destroy my country.  Actually, you are more dangerous to us than Al Qaeda is.  I am happy that your  company is sinking like a greased cinder block and will probably be bankrupt by the middle of 2009.  I'm not surprised, as no one wants to read the trash you publish.  Think about that each time you face Mecca to admire your Pulitzer.

 

You are America 's 'AXIS OF IDIOTS.' Your Collective Stupidity will destroy us. Self-serving politics and terrorist-abetting news scoops are more important to you than our national security or the lives of innocent civilians and Soldiers.  It bothers you that defending ourselves gets in the way of your elitist sport of politics and your ignorant editorializing. There is as much blood on your hands as is on the hands of murdering terrorists.  Don't ever doubt that.

Your frolics will only serve to extend this war as they extended Vietnam ..  If you want our Soldiers home as you claim, knock off the crap and try supporting your country ahead of supporting your silly political aims and aiding our enemies.

Yes, I'm questioning your patriotism.  Your loyalty ends with self.

I'm also questioning why you're stealing air that decent Americans could be breathing.  You don't deserve the protection of our men and women in uniform. You need to run away from this war, this country.

Leave the war to the people who have the will to see it through and the country to people who are willing to defend it.

Our country has two enemies: Those who want to destroy us from the outside and those who attempt it from within.
