Imus Censored

CBS caved! CBS caved out of fear! CBS has endorsed and is promoting censorship! Is CBS lighting the fire for book burning? The president of CBS, Leslie Moonves, and advertisers, American Express, General Motors, Proctor and Gamble and others collapsed to the blackmail and censorship of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.

Moonves and the presidents of these spineless corporations should be fired for conceding to blackmail and promoting censorship.

I am not an Imus fan and have rarely listened to him on TV and never on radio. But, he apologized for what he said. Whether the apology was sincere or not, he did apologize and now it should be between him and his maker and the market should determine whether he remains on the air.

The Reverends Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are two of the most bigoted people in this country. Yes, you can be bigoted against non-blacks. To hear them, one might think they have never uttered a mis-statement or done anything wrong.

Sharpton virtually tried and convicted the three young Duke University men accused of rape. Now that it has come out that they are innocent where is his apology? He is guilty of much more and has never apologized for anything... how about Twanda Braley, his anti-Jewish slanders? He should certainly be fired from his radio job and from his ministry.

Jackson has admitted to having a mistress. Why hasn't the Rainbow Coalition fired him. He is one of the biggest instigators of bigotry and hate. He, too, is eager to make unfounded accusations and then never apologize.
